Here's the thing about sugar addiction–it's not just in your head and you don't just "lack willpower."

You see, every year around this time, I hear from so many people that they're powerless when it comes to sugar.

Halloween candy. Thanksgiving pies. Holiday cookies. 

Did someone say cheesecake? 🙋🏻

The sugar madness is everywhere and let's be honest, FOMO (fear of missing out) is very real my friends.

So in today's episode, I'm sharing what donuts + economics have in common, what hand-to-mouth disease is and how to cure it and how to stop the sugar madness once and for all. (Without saying goodbye to sugar forever.)
