5 quick meal prep hacks for sunday night

I'm going to level with you.

The first time I met a dietitian, the first words out of my mouth were, "What what's that? Ohhhh you mean you're a nutritionist.” The next question I asked? "So do you never eat chocolate then?" Literally laughing as I write this trying to picture myself giving up chocolate for my profession. Yeah NO.

Here's the thing though....when most of us picture healthy we think of...

...measuring, weighing and tracking everything we eat ...spending hours planning and cooking...and of course practicing heroine-like willpower when friends and family offered donuts and chocolate. 

The truth is, healthy IRL could not look more different from that.

Eating well is actually, amazingly enough, so much more simple than that– it’s often last-minute, thrown together in a moment’s notice and completely different from week-to-week.
