5 Quick + Easy Tips for Back-to-School

Things that are hard:

Running a 6-minute mile ✔️  Spelunking  ✔️  Feeding yourself while caring for tiny people ✔️  No, but really. Whyyy is it so hard to find 3 solid minutes to sit and scarf down something edible? (Waiting for magical unicorns to solve this one for me.)

If you fall into the "considering-cookies-for-breakfast" and "how is it already 6pm?!" camp...

...then can I just say...hi! 👋🏼 Welcome to the club. Here, sit. Have a drink. Let's start with Lesson #1: You're in seriously good company. Also, on Wednesdays we wear pink. (Sorry couldn't help myself. The second is not true but it's a line from Mean Girls and it's HILARIOUS.)

The good news is eating healthy does NOT need to equal turning into a full-time chef.

If you love cooking and chopping and slicing and dicing is your jam....then by all means, come over. I've got Netflix. But if you're like me and the thought of spending hours in the kitchen makes you a little queasy, then don't fret!
