I once read an article about everything Jen Aniston puts in her morning smoothie and not gonna lie, I wanted to crawl back in bed just thinking about getting out all the ingredients.
Making a smoothie can feel a tad overwhelming. What do I even put in it? Do I have to clean the blender by hand afterwards? Can my kids drink it, too?
What started out as a good idea suddenly feels like a lot of work…aaand now I’m late. Sound familiar?
So if you've ever thought, "A smoothie sounds good. But also seems kinda hard..." then today's episode is for you.
Click below to watch how you can make tasty smoothies in just 3 steps plus tips to BYOB (build your own smoothie bowl).
All in favor of moving to Cabo and sipping smoothies everyday say I. I!🙋🏻 K good, glad we're all on the same page here.
To make your own:
- Add 1 cup liquid: milk, almond milk, coconut milk, water, etc. to blender.
- Add ½ - 1 cup frozen fruit: banana, peaches, pears, etc.
- Add 1 scoop Olly smoothie protein powder (kid or adult)
- Add favorite fruits, granolas, nut butters etc as toppings. Enjoy!
Easy clean up:
When you’re done, simply add a drop of soap and a cup of water to your blender and blend. Easy clean up without all the dirty work.
Try using mason jars with lids or to-go cups to make your smoothies portable and easy to take on-the-go. Voila! 5 minute breakfast you can take anywhere.
