Vanilla Chia Pudding
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup coconut almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Optional Toppings: apple slices, granola, pistachios, coconut flakes, and peanut butter
- Combine all pudding ingredients in an airtight container, mix, and let sit overnight in the fridge.
- Before serving, top with apple slices, granola, pistachios, coconut flakes, and peanut butter. Enjoy!
