Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies
- 2 mashed bananas, ripe
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp PB2 (for extra plant-based protein)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- Stir all together and drop by the spoonful on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 250 F for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool 5 minutes.
- Top with nut butter and enjoy!
- Store in fridge if you have extras.
