Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies


  • 2 mashed bananas, ripe
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp PB2 (for extra plant-based protein)
  • 1/3 cup raisins


  1. Stir all together and drop by the spoonful on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 250 F for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool 5 minutes.
  4. Top with nut butter and enjoy!
  5. Store in fridge if you have extras.
