- 1/2 cup slices almonds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
- honey to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour about 1 cup of almond milk or nut milk on top.
- Let sit 5 minutes for chia seeds to soften. Enjoy!
